Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with our indicators after subscribing, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund available upon request. No questions asked.
- After 7 days: Refunds are generally not available after the 7-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Renewal charges: Refunds are not available for renewal charges. Please cancel before your renewal date if you wish to stop your subscription.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@grandalgo.com with your subscription email and reason for the refund.
- We will process your request within 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued through Whop to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop dashboard. When you cancel, you retain access to all indicators until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases where access was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, including sharing indicator access, reverse engineering, or any other form of misuse.
