1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GrandAlgo's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

GrandAlgo provides premium TradingView indicators accessible through invite-only Pine Script publications on the TradingView platform. Access to our indicators requires an active subscription managed through Whop.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • All subscriptions are processed and managed through Whop. By subscribing, you also agree to Whop's Terms of Service.
  • Your subscription grants access to all current and future GrandAlgo indicators for the duration of your billing period.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our indicators
  • Share, redistribute, or resell access to our indicators
  • Share your TradingView indicator invite links with unauthorized users
  • Use our indicators in any automated trading bot or system without written permission
  • Misrepresent our indicators as your own work or creation

5. Intellectual Property

All GrandAlgo indicators, including their Pine Script source code, logic, algorithms, and visual designs, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the indicators on TradingView for the duration of your subscription.

6. Trading Disclaimer

GrandAlgo indicators are tools for technical analysis and are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They do NOT constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.

  • Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.
  • Past performance of any indicator does not guarantee future results.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting profits or losses.
  • We strongly recommend using proper risk management and never trading with money you cannot afford to lose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrandAlgo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, resulting from your use of our services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain our indicators and services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our indicators depend on TradingView's platform, and any downtime or changes on their end may affect our services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any indicator at any time.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our indicators if you violate these terms, including but not limited to sharing access, reverse engineering, or any form of misuse. No refund will be issued for terminations due to terms violations.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
